After-sales service commitments

I. Product Maintenance
1. To reply within 30 minutes and arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving a call for repair or service.

2. Under normal conditions, “Fengri” battery products are covered with a 3-year warranty in the proper use according to User Manual and the batteries suffer from overcharge/overdischarge; power and electric products are covered with one-year warranty and enjoy lifetime service.

3. Technical instructions and user manuals are provided for free.

4. To provide users with software upgrading service.

5. To provide 24-hour technical support by telephone.

II. Handling Procedure
1. To receive user complaints, record and reply within 30 minutes;

2. To have the information analyzed at Customer Service Center;

3. To inform service engineer at the local office to get to the site within 24 hours;

4. Service engineer reports the treatment result to Customer Service Center;

5. Customer Service Center tracks the treatment result and check if user is satisfied with the result;

6. To inspect the using conditions of products every six months, and solve problems in a timely manner.
