Founded in 1982, Fengri Electric Group Co., Ltd. (formerly called “Changsha Fengri Electric Group Co., Ltd.”) covers a land area of over 260,000 square meters and has more than 500 employees, of whom 30% are marketing and service staff, 30% technical developers, 30% production workers and 10% managers (including 16 senior engineers).
As one of China’s earliest manufacturers for valve-regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery, DC power supply and electric devices, Fengri Electric Group Co., Ltd has an annual production capacity for four categories and 72 types of 2V, 4V, 6V, 12V 4Ah~3600Ah VRLA battery cells, with a total capacity of 380,000,000Ah; and has a capacity for 5,000 sets of 220V/110V Microcomputer-controlled High-frequency Switching DC Power Supply, 24V/48V High-frequency Switching Power Supply for Telecommunications, 220V/110V Microcomputer-controlled DC Power Supply, Intelligent Battery Charger and Discharger, EPS, Intelligent Cabinet-type Transformer Substation, Intelligent Low Voltage Switchgear, High Voltage Switchgear, Automatic System, Software Products, etc.
According to Chinese and foreign experts, Fengri products have excellent technical performance up to or better than relevant national standards and reaching the world advanced level at the end of the twentieth century. The company has obtained 26 national patents and its products have been recognized and used by a range of ministries and departments such as the State Economic and Trade Commission, China Power Corporation, Ministry of Information Industry, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Ministry of Railways, State Administration of Radio, Film & Television, Communication Department of the PLA General Staff Headquarters, Railway Communication Corporation, and China Classification Society.
After many years of use by thousands of users in a wide variety of fields such as telecom, electric power, railway, unicom, telecom, tietong, radio and television, military service, mining, shipbuilding and real estate development in twenty-plus provinces and municipalities across China, Fengri products, especially power supply and batteries for electric products, have displayed reliable performance in many national key hydroelectric power projects including the Gezhou Dam, Liujia Gorge, Lijia Gorge, Bapan Gorge, Qingtong Gorge and Baoji Gorge, as well as Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Northwest Power Grid’s 750KV, 500KV and 330KV transformer substations and 300MW and 600 MW power generation units. Now its products are exported to Yemen, Zimbabwe, Iran, Pakistan, India, Vietnam, Mongolia, Turkey, Venezuela, Congo, North Korea and other countries in electric power, communications and railway. The company received favorable comments from users at home and abroad with its reliable product quality, reasonable price and excellent service.
